    Relax your muscles and listen to relaxing music when you are lying down. You can improve your blood circulation by doing this. It will also calm down a racing mind. Once you have a good night’s sleep, your mind will be more alert and focused. Lack of sleep may be the cause for your inability to recall details and information you have heard or remembered during the day. Your brain doesn’t get enough time to consolidate and store the information you hear or remember during the day.

    When it comes to sleeping problems, a high-quality mattress can make all the difference. To fall asleep faster and to wake up feeling more energetic, you need a mattress that is firm and will support your spine while you toss and flip during the night. The main benefit of an eco-friendly mattress is that it’s not just good for the environment.     Spend as little time in the house as possible. Get out in the sun and breathe fresh air. Combining physical activity with bright daylight is the best way to fall asleep. Sleep is essential to keep your immune system functioning around the clock. Sunlight is essential for maintaining sleep. The better your sleep will get the more you spend time outside in the Sun, away from the machine radiation of your bedroom.
